The reason you can still see the presets you created is because they are a different file type, stored in a different place. It's happened to me a couple of times too, but I never found out how it happened. So if it happens again, you can just paste the contents back into the Data folder and you will be good to go. Then copy the Data folder (mentioned above) with all the presets to another folder. Just click on the preset window of a synth to open the download manager and download them again.

If they are not there, you may have accidentally deleted them (with a file cleaner perhaps?) Or maybe if you are logged in as a different user? You should see a bunch of folders there with the synth names. I have not problems with Harmor (Sytrus or other Image Line plugin that I own) using FST files in CbB or other DAWs and have not had to convert them to FXPs.In XP, the presets for those synths are in: C:\Documents and Settings\"your username"\My Documents\Image-Line\Data

If you cannot find the locations search your hard drive for "Chip.fst" it's a default factory patch that will show up in both locations. Where exactly the Image-Line or Harmor folders are depends on where you installed FL Studio or the VSTīut it's probably C:\Program Files (x86)\Image-Line (for other Image Line plugins modify path as needed) Preset location for the VST Harmor version is under: \Image-Line\FL Studio 20\Data\Patches\Plugin presets\Generators\Harmor Preset location for FL Studio version of Harmor: Sounds like you may need to put your FST files in the correct library location so they are listed along with the factory presets. Image Line unfortunately uses 2 locations to store presets - one for FL Studio plugin versions and the other for VST versions. So if a human voice is used to vocode a synthesizer chord, it will sound like the synthesizer is talking.

Vocoders analyze the real-time frequency band activity of one sound, the Modulator, to control frequency band activity in another, the Carrier.Ī vocoder consists of a series of narrow-band frequency gates that allow through only those frequencies from the Carrier that are detected in the Modulator source. Vocoders are the classic robot voice from many sci-fi movies. What is Vocoding? You have heard vocoding many times, even if you don’t know what it is. Try the demo and hear why Vocodex is the last word in vocoding. Vocodex is simply one of the best sounding vocoders on the market today.
